At seven, Gertrude Street is still deciding whether to wake. Light enters through the east windows in long, pale rectangles across the limestone floor.
The first espresso of the day is always pulled for the team — a ritual before the ritual. Steam, grinder, the low hum of conversation. This is the hour we protect most fiercely.
Fitzroy gives us our context: creative, restless, deeply local. Aurora was built to honour that energy while offering something rarer — stillness.
