Our kitchen begins in the soil. Each season we visit the growers who supply our eggs, greens, and stone fruit — relationships built over years, not invoices.

The plate is a composition: colour, texture, temperature. We design brunch with the same restraint we bring to the coffee program — nothing extra, nothing missing.

When you taste the Aurora breakfast, you are tasting Victoria in May. That is not marketing. It is the truth of our sourcing.
